SELECTED CASE STUDIES
These two case studies come from my work as a Production Manager. They’re a small sample from hundreds of projects I’ve managed, picked to show the kind of work I take on and the role I play in it: I own productions from brief to final delivery, keep clients, creative teams and talent in sync, and improve the workflows behind the work.
.COM / TagWW Localization: a multilingual video campaign for India and Indonesia, and the workflow redesign that cut revisions by about 80%.
Spotify Ads: my largest account, which I held for 3+ years. It covered 430+ fully managed productions and 55,000+ automated ones across 25 locales and 13 languages.
.COM / TagWW localization project
Localized a .COM brand video campaign for TagWW, an end-to-end production company. Then redesigned the production workflow behind it.
Role: Production Manager
Scope: 14 videos in Hindi, Indian English and Indonesian (6, 30 and 45s cuts)
Result: ~80% fewer revisions per project and a year-low 11.6-hour turnaround
Sample of the final videos
THE CHALLENGE
TagWW needed a .com brand campaign localized for India and Indonesia: 14 videos in Hindi, Indian English and Indonesian, each cut to 6, 30 and 45 seconds. The client sent briefs as complex spreadsheets with timestamps, preferred takes, sound effects and music per video. Feedback was spread across several threads, and points of contact often changed. Revisions per project had climbed to 6.3 by March, and turnaround swung anywhere from 16 to 228 hours.

WHAT I DID
Ran the localization end to end: I turned the client’s brief into a production plan, coordinated voice talent in all three languages, ran feedback rounds and quality-checked voice-over sync against the master video.
Diagnosed the bottlenecks: I gathered feedback from the client and ran internal process reviews with my team. I mapped the workflow in Figma and used AI tools to find recurring patterns across past projects.
Proposed and rolled out a new workflow (May 2026):
A standardized brief format
A brief-review step before production starts
Aligned QC criteria
One consolidated communication channel
An up-to-date point of contact for every project
Collaborative Figma Brainstorming
Notion Documentation and AI-powered analysis conclusions
THE RESULT
~80% fewer revisions · 0 revisions in September · 11.6-hour median turnaround (a year low)
The new workflow rolled out in May 2026, and the impact showed within weeks.
Revisions: From January to April, projects averaged 4.1 revision rounds, peaking at 6.3 in March. From June to September, that fell to 0.8. In September, every project was approved on first delivery with zero revisions.
Turnaround: Before the change, median fulfillment time swung anywhere from 16 to 228 hours month to month. Since June it has stayed between 12 and 52 hours, reaching a year low of 11.6 hours in September.
Fewer revision rounds meant less rework for voice talent and editors, fewer back-and-forth cycles with the client, and faster, more predictable delivery.

Spotify ADS - Direct Sales and api
My largest client account at Bunny Studio, held for 3+ years: end-to-end production of Spotify audio ads for global brands, plus ownership of their high-volume automated pipeline.
Role: Production Manager & Operations Account Lead
Scope: 430+ fully managed productions · 55,000+ API-submitted productions · 25 locales · 13 languages
Focus: Briefing, production planning, resource allocation, client communication, revision rounds, talent casting, QC against Spotify’s technical specs, on-time delivery
Creative Briefing stage
WHAT I DID
Full-service productions: 430+ since 2024
Owned each project end to end, managing up to 23 productions a month at peak:
Turned client briefs into locale-specific production plans
Cast native voice talent per market, down to regional variants (Mexican vs. Argentine Spanish, Scottish vs. Irish English)
Ran revision rounds and handled all client communication through final delivery
Checked every deliverable against Spotify’s specs before delivery
Automated API pipeline: 55,000+ since 2024
Account owner for Spotify’s API-driven production flow:
Served as the escalation point for any blocked or at-risk project
Identified bottlenecks and proposed workflow improvements, e.g., client communication streamlining strategies, quality control process strengthening, project tracking to improve visibility.
Ran monthly checkpoints with the client to review performance and priorities
THE CHALLENGE
Spotify’s ad production ran on two fronts at once. Bespoke campaigns needed close creative control. A high-volume API pipeline handled up to ~2,400 productions a month. Across 25 locales, every asset had to meet Spotify’s strict technical specs (duration, loudness, file format, naming conventions and metadata) on tight launch deadlines. Clients, creative teams, voice talent and production partners all had to stay in sync.
